Dimensional Place Building Two is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. These hours relate to building access only and not to other services; such as air conditioning and maintenance. Standard services provided as per the lease (i.e, air conditioning) are from 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m on Saturday.
Entrances – Building and Parking
Dimensional Place is served by two project entrances off Bee Cave Road (also known as RM 2244). A multi-level parking garage serves both buildings and is flanked between Building One and Building Two. Building One has the upper entrance to the garage on the north side of Level 5. Building Two’s parking garage entrance is on the south side of Level 1.
After Hours Access
Located next to the main entrance of the building and by the back loading zone entrance are proximity card access readers. Access cards should be utilized after building standard hours, all day on weekends and holidays to gain entry to the building.
Any time a tenant employee, guest, client or delivery personnel arrive at the building without an access card or prior written notification to Security by the Tenant Contact, Security will contact a tenant representative to verify the need for access; however, Security is not allowed to give access to suites.
Should you have a vendor or contractor who will need access to the building after hours, please submit a written request to the Property Management Office at least 24-hours prior to the event. Prior arrangements should be made between you and your contractor to gain access to your suite.
