All deliveries are required to utilize the Loading Dock and Service Elevator. Deliveries are not permitted through the Main Lobby or by passenger elevators.

The Loading Dock is equipped with two dock-high bay areas that can accommodate vehicles up to 40 feet in length. Please notify your delivery companies of these specifications.

Delivery vehicles are limited to thirty minutes at the Loading Dock. Larger deliveries that take longer than thirty minutes must be scheduled through Property Management.

Security is not permitted to accept or sign for packages or deliveries, unless management receives written authorization from Tenant.
