Hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. All deliveries in excess of thirty minutes must be scheduled after hours to ensure Loading Zone space and Service Elevator availability. Inquiries concerning the scheduling of the Loading Zone or Service Elevator should be referred to the Property Management Office at (512) 306-5000, and are handled on a first come, first serve basis.

All deliveries to or from the building are required to utilize the Service Elevator and will be directed to the Loading Zone. Deliveries are not permitted through the Main Lobby or by passenger elevators.

Security is not permitted to accept or sign for packages or deliveries, unless management receives written authorization from the tenant.
